Dr Yankov qualified as a Doctor of Dental Medicine from Sofia Medical University in 1999. He moved to the UK in 2009 after developing his own dental practice in Bulgaria for 10 years. Since then until recently he has worked for a big dental corporation, for both the NHS and private sector with thousands of patients on his records. Dr Yankov is very passionate about dentistry and his personal development in the dental sector. He has special interests in root canal treatment and orthodontics (braces).
Dr Yankov bought Walkers Dental Practice in 2016 and changed the name to Shakespeare House Dental Practice with the view to build on an existing and established for the last 100 years dental surgery. He has passion and enthusiasm to create a modern, easily accessible and most reputable dental practice for Grimsby and the area where patients enjoy high level of specialist dental care, covering almost all areas of dentistry and where patients are treated in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
His vision for Shakespeare House Dental Practice mirrors his calm, relaxed and people-orientated personality. He puts high standards in front of him and he aims for the best possible dental treatment for his patients.
Out of work, Dr Yankov likes spending time with his family, watching movies and travelling.
